- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 tsp lemon zest
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a 16 oz wide-mouth Mason jar, combine the dry ingredients: rolled oats, chia seeds, sea salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Add the wet ingredients to the jar: milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
- Stir vigorously with a small spatula from the bottom up, ensuring all chia seeds are submerged and no dry pockets remain.
- Gently fold in the blueberries and lemon zest to distribute flavor evenly.
- Seal the jar with a lid and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours, or overnight, to allow the oats and chia seeds to fully hydrate and thicken.
