Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. In a 16 oz wide-mouth Mason jar, combine the dry ingredients: rolled oats, chia seeds, sea salt, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Add the wet ingredients to the jar: milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  3. Stir vigorously with a small spatula from the bottom up, ensuring all chia seeds are submerged and no dry pockets remain.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries and lemon zest to distribute flavor evenly.
  5. Seal the jar with a lid and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours, or overnight, to allow the oats and chia seeds to fully hydrate and thicken.
