  • 1/4 cup (15g) fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (60g) celery, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup (50g) English cucumber, peeled and finely diced
  • 1/2 cup (120g) mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp (0.5g) paprika

Instructions:

  1. Place the imitation crab in a large mixing bowl. Using a fork, gently flake the meat apart until it reaches a shredded consistency.
  2. Fold in the finely diced celery and cucumber, ensuring the vegetables are evenly distributed among the crab flakes.
  3. Drizzle the lemon juice over the mixture, then add the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Use a spatula to gently fold the ingredients together until the salad is velvety and well-coated.
  5. Stir in the fresh parsley last to keep the herb color vibrant.
