- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
- 1/8 tsp (0.5g) paprika
Instructions:
- Place the imitation crab in a large mixing bowl. Using a fork, gently flake the meat apart until it reaches a shredded consistency.
- Fold in the finely diced celery and cucumber, ensuring the vegetables are evenly distributed among the crab flakes.
- Drizzle the lemon juice over the mixture, then add the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Use a spatula to gently fold the ingredients together until the salad is velvety and well-coated.
- Stir in the fresh parsley last to keep the herb color vibrant.
