Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Pat the imitation crab meat thoroughly with paper towels to remove excess brine. Chop the meat into uniform ½-inch pieces and place the crab, diced celery, and minced onion into a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and the paprika is evenly distributed.
- Pour the dressing over the crab mixture. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold the ingredients together until the crab is evenly coated and the parsley is incorporated.
